Congratulation to Kathryn O'Connor on the success of her 4th Annual Class Competition. A fantastic feast of dancing lay ahead for adjudicator Brian McDermott, T.C.R.G, who flew in from London. Brian was just magic with the dancers as he had a word of encouragement for each and every one of them as he handed out the medals and trophies.

From the youngest dancer, who was only 2, right through to the senior dancers, you could see that they all tried their hardest to put a smile on everyones faces....especially their mums and dads, but, the biggest smile was on Kathryn's face as you could see she was very proud of each and every one of her dancers,

The music was, as always, just brilliant! Gerry Conlon provided everyone with the finest foot tapping Irish Dancing tunes. How lucky is everyone in Scotland to have such a talented musician on their doorstep........I would say, very lucky indeed!!!!

A nice touch to the day was the fact the every single dancer won lots of medals and trophies in every single dance and more importantly that all the dancers were hugging each other on their achievements.....it was just so nice to see this as they were all happy with their winnings and for each other too.

Dancing Vendors, The Irish Jig Shop were kept busy selling their range of Wigs...Shoes...Tracksuits and lots of other Irish Themed Gifts and Novelties, whilst Professional Feis Photography captured that very special moment that will be cherished forever at their busy photography stand.

After the adjudicator and musician had a well earned break everyone was treated to some great Ceili Dancing and then the day ended with Championships in all age groups.

When all the prizes had been awarded, Kathryn took to the floor to thank everyone for making her Class Competition 2007 such a fantastic success. Special thanks were made to Kathryn's mum and dad who had helped to make the day go like clock work. Kathryn also expressed her gratitude to the parents of her school as they also helped organise the whole event, from the popular tombola stall to the busy kitchen with mouth watering cakes and biscuits....even one of her parents produced a fantastic programme with lots of info on the event.
